One thing we have been up to here in Las Vegas to stay busy is Crossfit. Its a workout program we have been doing for the past few months. Crossfit works both strength and cardio at the same time. We have both progressed in it so much, I am even lifting as much as some of the guys. We do some pretty crazy work outs but they always scale the intensity to your ability. I have lost about 2% body fat, my weight hasn't changed too much since I am gaining muscle. I can tell Devin has gained muscle and lost what little bit of body fat he did have (his uniform is getting too tight). After IVF and when I am pregnant, I hope to continue working out (as long as I am in the cleared by the Doctor). I will have to take a couple months off, but thats ok, there is "Crossfit Moms" for women who are pregnant. Here is the link to our crossfit gym we go to and a few photos of us lifting.
